8) Silverstone Race - 6th April
Improved over the practice day but didn't manage to complete the four races over the weekend. In fact I didn't even manage to complete the first race! My luck has to improve at some point! |
7) Silverstone Practice - 5th April
Didn't make it to Silverstone last year so figured I'd need a bit of practice to work out where it went and whether I could get around it in one piece. |
6) Brands Hatch Race - 10th March
Playing with the big boys. This is the MRO, effectively one step down from National level with race coverage shown on Sky Sports 3 - Eeek! |
5) Brands Hatch Race - 9th March
Race action from the BMCRC Super Twins Championship. Two races and my first time out on a twin cylinder bike. |
4) Brands Hatch Practice - 8th March
A first visit to the track that nearly put me out of racing for good the last time I was here. In fact, it was the very last race I did in 2001. |
3) Nogaro Practice - 18th, 19th, 20th & 21st February
The plan was to go to France for a few days, get some sun, learn to ride the bike and generally relax a bit. Didn't go quite to plan. |
2) Preparing For The 2002 Season
Got the bike serviced, got the dyno charts to prove it and even got most of the other bits and pieces I need. The moment of truth is fast approaching. |
1) Bought The Bike
The start of the cunning plan! Finally sorted out a bike and sent it off for a good service. All I need to do now is learn how to ride it. |
