Stolen - 1st September 2002

To prove that my luck can't get any worse my KTM LC4 was stolen recently.

According to the CCTV footage four people broke in to the garage at around 4:00am on the 1st September. They managed to cut through the chain and the disk lock. On the remains of the disk lock there is evidence of a hacksaw, bolt croppers & a cold chisel so they obviously came prepared.

The bike had gold Talon hubs with gold Morad rims fitted and a 300mm Braking front disc. Distinctive marks include a dent in the underside of the exhaust, a broken rear footrest hangar (on the right hand side) and Acerbis hand guards.

It's a 1999 model so had right way up forks (models from 2000 and beyond have the upside down variety). At the time it had 3100 miles on the clock. The registration number is V217 KGW.

Thanks.

Enduro wheels.

Supermoto wheels.

Stolen - 8th May 2002

Two sets of leathers were in my car when it was stolen in the early hours of this morning, 8th May 2002. Hopefully I will get them back but if anyone can keep an eye out for them I'd be most grateful. They were stolen from the south end of the Isle of Dogs in East London.

Both sets were made to measure by Hideout Leathers and are similar in colour and style. They will look fairly distinctive, especially as they have a rather long back and short legs :-) I have crashed several times in both sets - The pictures below are of the older set, note the rounds patch on the front in the left hand picture). The second set has had the right arm sewn back on across the shoulder after it was cut off by the hospital last year.

Thanks.

Note the patch on the front.

Armadillos! Crunchy on the outside...
